Are you currently promoting your website using YouTube? It’s an excellent source of targeted traffic in your niche, and it’s a great way to build yourself up as an expert in your niche. It’s very attractive, millions of people visit YouTube everyday, and many online business owners are using it effectively in their business. But are you?
Now depending on the type of videos you plan on uploading and depending on your niche, your YouTube views will vary. You could upload 500 videos, and only find out that over the course of a month… only about 20 of those videos has gotten any views. And the views that were gotten are so low that it begs the question of whether or not you’re doing something wrong… or simply marketing your videos in the right way.
If you want traffic from YouTube, you can easily get it – but there are some things that you will have to do first if you want your campaign to succeed. Don’t worry… these aren’t tedious things that will take forever and a day to do. They are merely some simple things that will actually help you in the long run. Here’s the first thing you will want to do if you want to get traffic from YouTube:
1) Actually upload to YouTube
That’s a powerful marketing strategy huh. I’m sorry, I can’t reveal anymore secrets.
Lol in all seriousness though, you have to get up, get out, and do something. Go to Walmart, get yourself a $100 camcorder, start recording videos, and start uploading to YouTube. Your videos doesn’t have to be long either. I’ve found that videos within the 4 to 5 minute range are good.
But you can’t expect results if you’re slacking on your marketing. Some people take it seriously, others don’t, and a lot people think it’s just a bunch of marketing Youtube Views kaufen nonsense. You need to be a “doer” in your business, and not get deterred from your income goals. And YouTube can help you out with this. Here’s another way to get traffic to your site using YouTube:
2) Mention your site URL in your video
Typically the way that people do this (including me) is to simply display your website URL at the bottom right of your video. But, this is just a favored position for me… your testing may conclude that another location on your video is best. The main thing is that it’s on there. Having on there is better than not having it on there.
Also, you will want to consider placing a link to your site in the description area of your video. You can do this, it’s allowable, so use it to promote your site. Many people really DO read the description… the whole thing too (if you have a long opinion/description about your video).
These are some basic things, but they are things that can launch you into a flood of traffic, and that can get you a lot of leads simply and easily. If you’re not using YouTube now, then now is the time to use it.
